Fitness means being in good physical condition, being healthy, having more energy and better sleep patterns.  A person who is fit is also able to carry out tasks more easily.  Fitness may help prevent certain diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, cancer and heart disease.  You do not have to be an athlete to be fit, half an hour walk everyday can help you reach a good level of fitness.  Staying active and fit can also help you manage your weight and reduce the risk of obesity.  Weight loss is generally 75% diet and 25% exercise.  On average, people who dieted without exercising for 15 weeks lost 23 pounds; the exercisers lost only six over about 21 weeks.

     We all know exercise is essential for overall health, but when you are trying to lose weight it become even more important. Some of the effective weight loss exercise are LUNGES: There are many variations to the lunges, but the plain jane forward lunge is still very effective for weight loss, as it works multiple muscles.  BURPEES: this exercise effectively targets your core, chest and legs simultaneously.  SQUATS: squats are one of the best exercise for weight loss.
When you do them correctly, you engage your core and entire lower body.  MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS: It is a excellent way to burn calories. The quick leg motion targets obliques, butt, and hamstrings.  JUMP ROPE: it is a total-body toner made for weight loss.  In addition to it, running, yoga and swimming gives you a great results.
