Le Royal Meridien Chennai today announced a Rajasthani Food Festival at Navartna. Experience the authentic flavours of Rajasthani food with regional music. The ten-day spread of Rajasthan food festival offers authentic regional flavours at Le Royal Meridien with interesting amusements.

The cuisine includes Jodhpuri mirch vada, Ramgargh Ki macchi – Deep fried sweet water fish encrusted with gram flour and crushed, Mass ke Sooley. Safed maas and Rajwada Maas, banjara maas made of mutton form a part of the non-vegetarian platter.

Desserts were coated with generous amount of ghee and honey, especially, Choorma, Lapsi and Malai ghewar - honey comb cake topped with malai and nuts were also part of the other delicacies.

A chef from Rajasthan were brought down to add an authentic regional flavour to the food festival. The aroma of North-Indian food offers a sumptuous experience.
