Pasta Fiesta at Clubhouse, Taj Club House

Who doesn’t love pastas! And the Chefs at Clubhouse, the all-day-diner at Taj Club House have chosen Italy’s classic preparations, home-made and using the finest of ingredients, to present guests with an opportunity to sample signature pasta recipes.

The team of Chefs has delicately handcrafted varieties of pastas in classic sauces. Non-vegetarians can delight in Carbonara ravioli from Prato (Bacon parmesan emulsion); the Homemade saffron fettuccini from Rome (Tuscana lamb ragout, rosemary garlic); the traditional Ligurian pasta, Crab and dill linguini (White wine asparagus); or the classic from Lazio, Bucatini aragosta (Lobster, brandy and dill).

Vegetarian options include Pan seared gnocchi with bocconcini (Pesto cream sauce); the pasta from Emilia-Romagna, Smoked aubergine and sundried tomato caper cappelletti (Tomato basil sauce); Wild mushroom and parmesan with homemade filled pasta (Porcini butter sauce); or the Trapani style Penne al a trapanese (Overnight marinated tomato in olive oil, garlic, basil and sea salt).
