Cantonese Food Festival

The much loved Chinese and Asian restaurant   Golden Dragon  at Taj Coromandel will be hosting a special culinary festival offering a distinctive collection of authentic Cantonese and Schezwan cuisine ranging from exotic dim sums to unique seafood delicacies. Expat Chef Ho Chun Kee (William) from Hong Kong presents some delectable additions to the innovatively-crafted menu. The menu includes Emperors Sea Food Clay Pot (Lobster, Prawns, Dried and Fresh Scallops, and Fish braised with superior soya and Oyster Sauce);
