Carrot Halwa - Vitamin A all the way

All the way from north India to your table! This sweet is rich in Vitamin A and is super simple to prepare. Grab all the carrots around you and let’s prepare ‘Carrot Halwa’.

Ingredients

Grated carrots – 4
Sugar - Quarter cup
Milk - 1/2 litre

Method

Mix all the ingredients on the stove and keep on stirring until it becomes thick :-).

Garnish with cashewnuts, if required... and the healthy dish is ready.

Carrots improve your memory power, especially in mathematics.
